The whole HORTUS CROATIAE complex is envisioned as a ORGANICALLY STRUCTURED PARK VILLAGE IN A EXCEPTIONALLY ATTRACTIVE HORTICULTURAL GREEN PARK WITH MANY NATURAL WATER SURFACES, resonating natural warmth, ethno atmosphere, hospitality, tradition and natural environment at a 4+* quality level and contemporary medical and relaxation services supported by high efficiency renewable energy sources.

Our goal is developing the most attractive, innovative and one of the largest spa resort(s) in this part of Europe with the most comprehensive and commercially successful business in Croatia and wider EU proximity.

This will be achieved with reaching high profitability and long term stability for investor(s) with mix of activities and their sinergies (health + relaxation + energy + water).

We will stimulate extraordinary incentive for socio-economic development of the wider region with many new jobs.
Project will be realized in phases, while first phase of development if realization of Advanced g p w ICC and immediately following realization of Thermal park. Realization of all other project parts will follow.
