Location
The property is situated in the Medjimurje region, in Northwest of Croatia, in the Municipality Prelog and the Draškovec settlement, in close vicinity (5 min drive) of the highway Zagreb-Varazdin-Budapest. Location is situated near the river Drava and its 17 km2 large lake which allows the water sailing and rowing sports and fantastic fishermen area.
The capital Zagreb (and its main airport) is only 50 minutes pleasant drive away. The location is in the car drive vicinity away from the markets of Austria, Hungary, Italy, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Southern Germany, of course the city of Zagreb and all northern Croatia and nearest eastern European countries that form the most important European Spa market.
